Your Press Pass Has Rules
Your Press Pass allows complimentary access during all public hours as well as during each morning’s VIP Preview.
Your Press Pass does NOT allow early access or special access. Your Press Pass does NOT allow you to cut lines. Your Press Pass does NOT guarantee you exclusives. Your Press Pass does NOT include automatic admission to the Designer Toy Awards.
Press Passes Are For Journalists Only
Press Registration is open to journalists making regular editorial contributions only. Editorial Press includes Writers, Reporters, Reviewers, Producers, Photographers, and Cameramen who are attending specifically to write about Five Points. Non-Editorial personnel at media companies such as Marketing and Sales staff do not qualify for Press Passes and will not be approved.
Press Passes are non-transferable. You may not loan or sell your Press Pass, and anyone conducting such behavior will be disqualified from Press Passes at future Five Points events.
Apply Once Per Organization
Please only have one member of your media outlet apply for badges – they can apply for your full team. This person should be your organization’s main contact, and they will be responsible for picking up all of your badges onsite.
Seating for the Designer Toy Awards is limited, and a Five Points Press Pass does not guarantee DTA entry. If you want to go to the DTAs, please fill out the DTA section of our application, and DTA admission will be reviewed separately.
Please Don’t Waste Both Our Time
Please don’t apply if you’re trying to scam a badge. If you’ve got a website that hasn’t been updated in six months, a blog that exists only to post your convention reviews, or a YouTube channel with two views, you’re not going to be approved.

It is only after your full form is received, reviewed, and approved that a Press Pass will be issued. Incomplete applications will not be approved.
